1. About the Journal
 
The International Journal of Animal Biotechnology (IJAB) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal that publishes original and high-quality research in the field of animal biotechnology and allied disciplines. The journal aims to disseminate innovative research that advances scientific knowledge and practical applications related to animals, biotechnology, and life sciences.
 
2. Scope of the Journal
 
The journal welcomes manuscripts in, but not limited to, the following areas:

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
 
4. Manuscript Preparation
 
Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English (either British or American English, but used consistently).
 
Manuscript Structure
 
a) Title Page
 
Title of the manuscript
Full names of all authors
Affiliations with department, institution, city, and country
Corresponding author’s email address
 
b) Abstract
 
Maximum 250 words: Clearly state objectives, methods, key results, and conclusions
 
c) Keywords: 4–6 keywords, separated by commas
 
d) Main Text
 
For research articles, the manuscript should include:
 
Introduction
Materials and Methods
Results
Discussion
Conclusion
 
Review articles may follow a suitable thematic structure.
 
e) Acknowledgements (if any)
f) Conflict of Interest
 
Authors must declare any potential conflict of interest or state “None”.
 
g) References
 
All references must follow APA (American Psychological Association) style.
 
5. Formatting Guidelines
 
File format: MS Word (.doc or .docx)
Font: Times New Roman, size 12
Line spacing: 1.5
Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Page numbers: Bottom right
 
6. Figures and Tables
 
Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively
Provide clear captions
Images must be high resolution (minimum 300 DPI)
Tables should be editable (not images)

Studies involving animals must comply with institutional, national, or international ethical standards
Ethical approval details must be clearly mentioned

9. Peer Review Process
 
All manuscripts submitted to IJAB undergo a double-blind peer-review process. The editorial decision will be based on originality, scientific quality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS). Authors should ensure that all required metadata are correctly entered during submission.
